March General Meeting with guest speaker Chairman of Fauquier Board of Supervisors.
April General Meeting and Membership Coffee with guest speaker Virginia Senator Jill Holtzman Vogel.
May Booth at Annual Old Town Warrenton Spring Festival. Snack kiosk at the 10th Congressional District Committee election. Both events were Club fundraisers.
June Women's Health Program with local pharmacist as guest speaker. Assisted at polls during 1st Congressional District primary. Assisted with local Paralyzed Veteran's Outdoor Recreation Fund fishing event--provided desserts; several members helped out at the event.
July Booth at Fauquier County Fair.
August No PRWC-sponsored/hosted events, but members individually volunteered on the 1st (Wittman) and 10th (Wolf) Congressional campaigns right up to election day.
September 50th Anniversary Luncheon with Senator Jill Vogel introducing guest speaker Congressman Frank R. Wolf.
Voter Registration and Campaign Lit Table in Warrenton.
October Booth at "Day in the Plains." Campaign Lit Table in Warrenton.
November Volunteered at the polls. Chris Plante Meet and Greet followed by presentation. Annual Meeting with election of Club officers, followed by talk by head of Fauquier Domestic Violence Service. Assisted (provided desserts) with local Paralyzed Vets Outdoor Recreation Fund White Tail Deer Hunt. Note: Throughout the year, the Club's Caring for America committee sends "care packages" to one or more men/women from Fauquier or neighboring counties serving in Iraq or Afghanistan.
December Christmas Dinner and General Meeting. End of year presented books to Fauquier Library as well as cash donations to several local organizations.
